I need the bill to change from total amount with free shipping to show the breakdown...amount paid for the article and the cost of mailing.

Because of customs, I need the seller to change the bill to have the breakdown so I won't be charged the customs charges when they come to my door.  He misunderstood and put the price and free shipping.  I need him to change it to the actual amount I paid for the article and show the price I paid for priority shipping to Canada.  Please tell me how to do it, so I can tell him.  thank you

If the item has already been shipped, there is nothing anyone can do.

On the USPS Customs form, shipping is not to be included if it was paid separately. So there is no breakdown of item price and shipping on the form. Only the amount you paid for the item. If the item you bought was listed with free shipping then that is the amount you paid for the item and that is the amount that should be on the form.

Now if you are talking about some other form that I am not aware of then I can't help you there.
