Use the "Contact Seller" option for that item - under Actions in your Purchase History. Choose item I received is not as described (this covers damaged items, too). Indicate this did not answer your question and you want to contact Seller.
Enter your message into the box provided.
Then, under the box, in tiny letters, is the line "attach photos".
Click that and there will be instructions on how to attach photos (either select from a file on your computer, or drag and drop to the space).
