I purchased an item and sent payment. Now i received an email saying the posted item has been removed from ebay by ebay for violating policy

will i still receive my item? its only been one day but i feel this is important to find out.

Hi ..Not a nice way to begin your eBay experience.

 eBay has removed your listing from the site for a policy violation or has suspended the seller. Check his ID. if suspended will show " no longer a registered user". Item will not be in your myebay purchase history.

 Seller should contact you. If not,here is your payment protection..

Open a dispute in the resolution center of your PayPal account. Escalate to a claim as soon as PP will allow. State in note that seller has been removed by eBay, if that is the case.

Payment will be refunded.
