I purchased an item that charged me for wrong country price?

I bought an item that showed both American and Canadian prices. They had the Canadian prices in Brackets, I was informed that when I wouldn't be paying for the American price, that it would properly charge me the right amount. But After I purchased the item through paypal, I checked my remaining balance and discovered that I had paid the American price when I'm a Canadian. 

Is this an error or will they deduct more money from my paypal...Will I still get the item I bought? this never happened to be before and would like to know what I'm in for!

If you check the transaction details for this payment, you should be able to see the item number, etc. for this, confirming that the payment went through successfully.
