After 14 days with no payment and no messages from the seller,the thing you should do is open an unpaid item dispute as soon as possible. Once the dispute I opened,the buyer as 4 days to pay. If he doesn't pay after 4 days,close the dispute and give the buyer an unpaid item strike. Once the buyer receives the strike you can ask for a final value fee credit. Buyers with strikes cannot leave any feedback.

I know exactly what you mean. It has happened to me now for the third time. I have contacted the buyer, no response each time. I file the unpaid report which really accomplishes nothing, only allows to re-list. It's very frustrating. People should not be allowed to commit to buy an item and then not pay for it.
