Long story; still have all the emails....listed an item, stated over 30 days delivery and $10 shipping for US only....a french guy ended up buying it...wanted it delivered to him in france from canada within about 1 week and didn't want to pay any shipping charges....so after several emails I refunded his pmt from paypal; now I want to cancel the whole transaction with ebay since it didn't work out, and I don't want to be charged final value fees since this did not work out....he is threatening to force me to pay the final value fees even though the item is not being sent to him and he already got his refund....cannot find the proper phone # to contact ebay about this...I'd also like to know how to make sure I don't get charged final value fees for this item since I'm not shipping it anywhere and at the end of the day I never sold it....can anyone help me with this?

Mainly I just want to know the phone# that I can use to contact ebay directly...anyone?

Thank you...I did call once about this and they were great.....but now, I get to the page with the little icons to 'call', and every time I click on the icon my page turns darkish blue and nothing happens...stuck I guess...so if anyone knows the phone number I'd love it....thanks for your help

eBay help/contact us has been down for at least a week now. I have the same problem.
The 'save search' button has been working erratically for weeks and has now disappeared completely. And the saved search emails weren't sent for a number of days and are now arriving later and later. That won't help sales!
I can name a dozen other little maddening technical issues with ebay.ca - it's absolutely maddening.
