I was asked to give the seller more money after I won the auction. He also say's the shipping will be more as well.How to deal with this?

The seller of an auction I won wants more money because he didn't get what he wanted from the auction. He also say's that shipping will be more as well. Any idea's how to deal with this situation?

The seller is not able to ask for more money for either shipping nor sale price. Tell the seller that he/she needs to ship the item at the price given, otherwise you can report him to ebay.
