I went to place a bid and got signed out. By the time I signed in again , it was too late to place a bid. Why did this happen ?

I had just signed into my account and I went to place a bid when there was 13 seconds left, I clicked place bid and I got sent to the sign in page. But by the time I signed in, it was too late.

Hello!  It sure can be frustrating when that happens.  The best thing to do is to make sure you sign in as soon as you log onto ebay.  If you don't as soon as you try to bid, add to your watch list, purchase now etc, ebay will ask you to sign in. Even if your in the middle of a bid!  Hope you can find what you missed last time.  Goodluck!
