If the sale is cancelled at the request of the buyer, are the ebay fees credited back?

The buyer of the item wants the sale cancelled ( says daughter bid).  Are the ebay fees paid credited back to me if I cancel the order at her request?  Thanks

They should be, yes. Be sure to follow the proper prompts and make sure you submit the Cancel Order Request with the reason being that the buyer asked for it. This is all to be found in the Resolution Centre. It's best accessed from a desktop computer, not a mobile device.
