Try using a calculator. If (for example) you do 7.9% sales tax on a $20 item, you take 20 x 7.9%.

You need to be registered to collect and remit PST/GST/HST. If you have reached the volume of sales requiring this, you should consult with your accountant about all your legal obligations regarding tax collection and remittance, and the advantages to you in Input Tax Credits.

While it is best to use an accountant when your business becomes successful enough to pay taxes (and congratulations on that,btw)
you can register for PST/HST/GST yourself.
It's fairly simple, you can get the form at any provincial service office or by mail.
If you are really having trouble call the constituency office of your MLA and ask them for help. You don't need the Member herself, her staff is probably more up on this day to day stuff anyway.
Do NOT try to collect taxes if you are not registered. Revenue Canada has firm views about that.
