In the last 24 hours of an auction the seller cancelled my bid because the item was no longer for sale and relisted 5 hours later?

The item is in Canada, as am I, and was relisted for the exact same price as I had bidded on it. Isn't this against e-bay's selling policy?? His reason for cancelling is not sincere.

Hi jimbean006

 

Sorry.....Sellers are allowed to cancel any bids and end their listings BEFORE the 12 hour end mark for any reason what so ever.
