Increase in Buyers with UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS

Just noticed lately that we are getting alot of buyers with unconfirmed paypal shipping addresses. Infact, looking back at the last month 90% of our sales went to unconfirmed addresses.

Just wondering if other sellers have seen an increase.
