I emailed him, in English of course, telling him that I only accept PayPal from international buyers. I have no idea if he can read English or if he will understand the message when he reads it.
What do I do in this case? It is only a $14.95 item so we aren't talking big bucks but the next time it could be. Are international money orders other than U.S. a problem?

Likely your buyer is simply confused. Send an invoice from eBay with PayPal as the only option or send a request from PayPal.

I will become to put in contact to confirm the payment, I follow interested in the purchase. I don’t have PayPal.
This is the reply that I just received from him but I don't have a clue what he means....whether he is looking into PayPal or who knows what.
Thanks for the advice. Stratford doesn't have a currency exchange booth and I have never seen one in Kitchener-Waterloo or London either (they are the closest larger cities to me). But that is nice to know anyway. I did tell him that I accept PayPal only. Since it is a small amount I may just wait to see if he can come up with a money order that is cashable here. If not them maybe I will put in a request from PayPal....I am not really sure at this point...lol...

Cash it at any TD Bank, When I have a pile of them I just go to the TD and deposit them, if the teller knows you and is not a newbie they will be cashed right away other wise they are allowed to hold it for 21 days,I never give feedback on those type of transaction till 31 days have past, Mind yea So far no problems with them.
Have a good day:)

I just received this email from the buyer. Should I just tell him to send the money order or tell him to pay by PayPal through his credit card? I am not sure if this is a threat to leave a negative either. The translation is not very clear and probably not accurate.
(Thanks Tibor...I do have a credit card with the TD so maybe they will cash it if he sends me one).

YOU WILL NOT GET A PAPER MONEY ORDER FROM SPAIN
Your buyer has no PayPal account, he has a friend that does, just tell him to have their friend pay you (and make sure you get the correct shipping address).

Bingo...!! The buyer paid using his friend's PayPal account and immediately left positive feedback apologizing for the trouble. I hadn't even sent his order yet when he left FB!
