Is there a minimum feedback score for a canadian to ship to USA?

I'm a new seller.  When I go into my shipping options I cant select international shipping.  My ads say ships to Canada, but no other options?  I offer flat rate shipping.  Is there a minimum feedback score for a canadian to ship south?

NO.

Look further down the Sell Your Item form. There you will see International Shipping.

Look on the dropdown menu. Choose Custom Location. Choose USA.

Unwanted advice. Unless your items can be shipped Letter Rate, you are best off to use Calculated Shipping for Canada, since the cost of mailing Regional is much lower than mailing National. I sell paperbacks and if a book is more than 2 cm thick, it costs about $5 to ship to the USA, about $8 to ship to here in Ontario, and about $12 to ship to Alberta.

Flat Rate is usually fine for USA. I prefer Small Packet Ground which is cheap and insured by Canada Post against claims of loss.

Oh and check the options too. You want to list Calculated Rates in metric not Imperial which is approximate and inaccurate.

If you haven't yet done so, you should buy an accurate tape measure and a metric postal scale. You won't get accurate calculated shipping rates without them.

YES. According to the following, you do have had to have some selling experience before you sell internationally.

To sell internationally, you need to:

Have an eBay account in good standing.

Have a PayPal account and be PayPal Verified.

**Earn at least 10 Feedback points from selling.

**Have had your first successful sale more than 90 days ago.

Meet the selling requirements of the sites where you want your listings to appear.

I thought that I had seen sellers with little to no ffeedback selling internationally so this rule could be new or perhaps it is not always followed.
