🙂 Hello fellow powersellers! 😉 I'm a new powerseller as of yesterday May 18 and just thought I should introduce myself to all of you. My name is Gloria. I'm pleased to meet all of you! 🙂 I'm very excited to start my venture as a powerseller although at the same time a slight bit nervous. This is all new to me, well the powerseller aspect is. As for Ebay well I'm very experienced in that both selling and buying. I'm also very knowledgeable with HTML and can create Ebay templates and do create my own templates for my Ebay items. If anyone has any helpful tips and hints that I perhaps need to know to assist me in getting used to this powerseller stuff please feel free to share I would appreciate it very much. Ok well I won't talk all your ears off now, I'll wait and do that once I get to know you all better...hehehehehehe. Have a good one all and HAVE FUN! 🙂 It's my pleasure meeting you all.

To get the scoop on the Power Seller certificate you would need to read posts by sell-ur-stuff from last year. They are all about his efforts to obtain a PS certificate which he did....at great length...lol.

Hi Gloria, congrats, don't let the negative ones, ruin your day. Take everything you read here with a grain of salt. Glean out the information you need or want and turf the rest.
There are a number of people on this board who find nothing good when it comes to eBay and their policies. I say work with it, you are not going to change anything with the negativity.

Thank you all for your introductions and congradulations I appreciate it very much! 🙂 Get this my feedback just went from 99.2 % way down to 97.4% how ridiculous is that. I was at 98.9% before I became a powerseller on May 18 then when I turned powerseller on May 18 it went up to 99.2% and now it's way down to 97.4% today and I have no new feedbacks at all. What the hec is going on with that. I should not be that low. I'm speaking with live help now to find out what is going on here. Yesterday I'm at 1205 feedbacks with a percentage of 99.2 now today I still have 1205 feedbacks with a percentage of 97.4 that is so wrong they've made a major mistake here. I'm complaining to live help as I'm typing this. Oh and another thing is we sellers cannot leave a non paying bidder negative or neutral feedback although those non paying bidders can leave us bad feedback. We only now have the option of leaving positive feedback for those dead beat bidders who don't pay. I mean really how fair is that. I'm learning all too fast that to me it appears the buyers are the ones who are treated more fairly then us sellers. I mean really we the sellers put the bread and butter on the Ebay employees tables we pay for Ebay services. The buyers well get away with everything now. Go figure. Other then all this I'm having a great day! LOL

here's something positive, when i lose my power seller status in july because of dsr they wont report my sales to the cra lol~! yay

Ha Ha... 99.2% and now it's way down to 97.4%


I just had mine drop from 99.8% to 96.4%

How ridiculous of a drop is that (mostly caused by them factoring NEUTRALS in as NEGATIVES now for the feedback percentage). Most of the neutrals I received are for slow shipping -- which I cannot mitigate thanks to Canada Post's *great* service.

Hi vesivus! 🙂 Wow your feedback dropped that much too eh! Even worse then mine. I see most sellers feedbacks have dropped drastically. I'm sure we're not the only 2 that aren't liking it too much! I hear you on Canada Post's *great* service thanks for the great laugh out of that one. LOL I so hear you there! Oh by the way I spoke to live help about the feedback issue they offered no assistance to the feedback dilema and I also emailed Ebay on it and as well as I spoke my opinion on it through a survey Ebay sent me. It's ridiculous this new feedback system and the star rating as well. Have fun Ebaying vesivus I know I will! hehehehehehe
