I visited Washington many years ago and remember that area well. It makes it all the more meaningful to see history unfolding there.

Hi Judy,

I have been to Washington, D.C. so many times during my lifetime. It truly is an amazing place. I remember my Dad taking me there as a child to see all of the monuments, the zoo, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, The White House and even the Pentagon. Amazing!

Over the years I have been to many of the museums there but the one that stands out the most is the Holocaust Museum. If anyone has the opportunity to visit D.C.....that museum is worth your time.

Hopefully, hopefully, hopefully....the world will once again see peace. Let's hope so now that Bush is on his way back to Texas...8 years late!
