Hello 'beaversz',
Well, I'm glad you reached a compromise with the seller. It was nice of you to leave feedback
so early, -- so now just make sure you don't let that 45 day deadline pass to file a claim for
non-receipt if the item does not arrive.
That item is coming from China so whilst there is a chance the shipping charge was an honest
mistake, given the seemingly endless scams to come out of that country I cannot help but be
ever-so suspicous. I am suspicious that the seller lists with 'Free shipping' to get an automatic
5 stars in DSR, but then adds 6 bucks to your invoice before you can pay.

Sellers are not allowed to change the terms of the listing after you buy. To do so is a violation
of ebay policy:

I am disinclined to see this as an innocent mistake, not from a seller who describes himself as a
"professional export trade company".
I suspect this new ID is merely another ID (what happened to the old one?) and that your seller
is very experienced indeed.
But just to make sure that you are fully apprised of ebay's buyer protection, - what to do if ever
an item does not show up, if you have not already seen it, there is this:
