Computer page hiccuped as I was going to print off item details. Somehow marked as shipped. I'm sure there used to be a way to unmark but can't see one now. Any ideas? Was going to ship Monday of course anyway.

More Actions -> Mark Not Shipped

It still showed up for me for a listings I shipped couple weeks ago with positive feedback received from buyer.

Thanks zee but that action seems to have disappeared. No way that I can see now to reverse as shipped. More changes that don't really help us sellers. Of course, it would be the one of the three shipments going to TX which always takes extra long to get there it seems. I think I will let my buyer know so she won't think I didn't ship when I said. Oh well! thanks for answering anyway.

Are you using the new seller hub on eBay.com?

Switch to My eBay on eBay.ca (which does not yet have the new hub).

From the More actions menu (on the right side of the item in the Sold section) select "Mark not shipped" from the drop down menu (7th choice). This will only appear on the menu if the item has been marked as shipped.

No, not using the hub as of yet. Both .ca and .com show no Sold section, I'd do a screenshot if I knew how. Tried clearing my cookies, etc too. Anyway, I went to eBay.ca.fr and was able to pull up the old? Version of sold and with much help from google translate I have removed the "shipped" and will ship tomorrow. Thanks for your help!

If .fr didn't work I was going to go around the world! eBay.au was next!

That's rather odd.

Sold is part of My eBay: All Selling

and can be selected from the Sell menu on the left hand side of the My eBay page.

Yes, very odd. I don't have an All Selling on either of my accounts and not on .com or .ca. On the left side I have Selling Manager -> Sold ->

Awaiting Payment

Awaiting shipment

Paid & Shipped

so you're saying you don't have this drop down list at all? I always just use "My eBay" home screen to do almost everything and this is what I get under SOLD section. I don't even use the selling manager that often.
