Today another 3 Canadian buyers paid without taxes (I'm sure that there is no problems with my tax options on Ebay and PayPal accounts), I am not going to pay these taxes from my profit anymore.
Well ... Ebay doesn't care about who will pay a tax.
In this case I will charge my own tax 50%.
For example item costs $50, shipping is $10. I will list the item for $40, free shipping and my own tax 50%.
Of course, I will refund all payments without tax, look:
-Free shipping, rating goes up
-FVF goes down
-Best Match forever!

IMHO you should collect more tax than government requires you to.
