My feedback is 99.4%, yet I have not received any negative feedback in 12 months. It shows 144 positive and no negatives. Shouldn't that be 100% ?

That last neg was Oct 5/11. Would have thought it would have rolled off by now but do not know how speedy ebay is on updating.

Perhaps if doesn't update this month speak to Customer Support.
