I do not see any mention of "by invitation only", so I think this sale is fore everyone?

I was not "invited" to the last promotion and this one - open to all sellers - excludes fixed price listings in the "stamps" category!
They sure do not make it easy to love them, do they?

Since 1 day and 3 day durations are not included with the promotion, it makes it impossible to list and later relist the same item.

Yeah, but since the last promo was just a short while ago, those of us who listed 10 days on the last date of the previous promo has listings ending on the 30th... so we can pretty much relist 10 days on the 30th.
And I do dislike how even 3 days are not included 
and how collectibles are not included in the free fixed priced categories...
