New Paypal shipping form-refunding

I am still using the classic form for my Paypal labels, but I noticed on the new form that there is a "refund this payment" option.

On the classic form it says "send a refund", I use it often if someone pays too much postage for not waiting for a combined shipping invoice.

Does the "refund this payment" on the new form refund the whole payment? I wouldn't want to click on it and risk the whole payment being refunded.

You can click it......you end up on a similar page to the old one where you can adjust the amount.
