I am new to ebay and i never sold anything on ebay. I want to sell cell phone and i dont know how much it will cost me to to ship that cell phone. I want to sell only to United States. How can i figure out how much shipping will cost me and how much i need to charger the buyer for shipping?

Weigh and measure the phone with the packaging you plan to use. Remember that in the course of shipping the package may have a drop of up to two feet and be under other packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Now go to canadapost.ca. Look for a service (under BUSINESS services) that give you confirmation of delivery/tracking and insurance. Enter the information they ask for, using METRIC measurements (any other will be an approximation.)

I agree with femmefan1946. You shouldn't sell a cellphone while you have no selling experience. Sell low risk items (non electronic). Get a feel for selling. Sell (not just list) 10 items. Once you get familiar with selling and the selling policies and payment policies, then sell the cell phone. Also, you should read up on the various scams that are directed at new sellers. It takes time to learn the ebay ropes. Scammers count on new sellers not knowing enough policies to know when they've encountered a scammer.
