These are buyer and seller forums. You are not talking to eBay and odds are strong that your seller will not even see this posting.

Have you contacted your seller (either through eBay or paypal)?

What (if anything) did they say?

You are probably too late for an Item-Not-Received claim on eBay -- which is up to 30 days after last estimated arrival date.

If you paid with paypal, then you can file an Item-Not-Received claim with paypal for up to 180 days after Sept 5.

The Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of your account page under Tools.

The first suggestion is that you contact your seller. It is not a command to deal only with the seller.

If the seller is not helpful, escalate to a Claim.

• Do not get into a conversation with the seller. It is enough to say, "What service was used to ship my item? What date was it shipped? What is the tracking number?" The only acceptable response is a tracking number that shows delivery to your home or a full refund. Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement, it won't arrive either.

If the seller does not prove delivery in the Claim (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
