I was browsing for LED lamps I see them listed for 99 cents. once you select an option like color or quantity the price jumps way up. there is noting that can be selected for the price listed this is not a fair way of listing a buy it now item. it seems that many sellers have found this loophole. and its wrecking my ebay experience.

"this is not a fair way of listing a buy it now item"
I agree. Use the REPORT link (available in all listings) and report the listing to eBay.

How does a seller do that ?
Not that I'm interested in following thet model.

Multi variation listings
The first item is something entirely different than what the title suggests and it is .99
ex 5 empty boxes are .99
All bulbs are $4.69

Report them? I dont have time when looking for LEDs it seems most of the first page when listing lowest price first is pulling this trick I think Ebay needs to close the loophole so that lets this happen.

I've come across listings like this, but up to now I haven't really thought much about it. In my humble opinion a seller showing the lowest price for the BIN price isn't a big deal. Seeing an LED lamp for 99 cents only would be a big red flag for me.
