No you don't need to answer but why wouldn't you ?
You are paying extra for having a reserve price you can save a bunch of money by just starting your listings at the minimum price you are willing to sell for.

Hello 'gkqsport',
The bidder wants to know if there is even a chance your item will be in his price range. That is why it is always better to list with a start bid you will be willing to accept. Money matters when purchasing and the price of an object is always a consideration in making a decision.
If you feel your items will be placed higher in Search if you use a 99 cent start bid, then you can always say what the reserve price is in the body of the listing. But keeping it a secret does not encourage bidders, rather it puts people off, - many of whom may have been willing to meet your price had they known what it was up front.

A reserve price should be made as public as possible. In the title if need be.
But really, you are paying to hide useful information from your potential customers, many of whom will just go on to somebody more upfront and easy to deal with.
You have 50 Free Auctions- there is no advantage in starting them at a price lower than you would accept especially if you have to pay for the "privilege".
And pay a fee if the reserved auction does not sell...
