Received a pre-owned watch today, It had a very large crack on the crystal running all the way through. At first I thought it may have been damaged during delivery/shipping, but upon closer inspection it appears the seller tried to fix what may have been a minor scratch or blemish with a tool such a dremel (as there are polishing and grinding marker over the same area and ended up causing a large crack.

The pictures of the watch do show signs of wear on the crystal, but not the crack that is evident suggesting the seller may have tried to do the repairs and when it got worse sent it to me anyways.

The description  makes no mention of this obvious crack.

What to do? It will cost me a lot to send it back to the seller for a refund. Definitely more than it cost him to send it to me.

First thing to do is contact the seller with your concerns and see what he/she will do.
