SELLER WONT GIVE MY MONEY BACK

I bought a mouse several months ago but never received it. Every time I would complain to him he says he will ship another one within 24hrs. Though the product never came. It has been so long that I am unable to open a case. I have asked him to give me a refund but he makes an excuse and tells me I can not get my money back and he will ship a new one. I DONT WANT THE PRODUCT ANYMORE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Short of doing a charge back with your credit card, there's not much you can do.

 

if its a business you can file a complaint with BBB

 

just stay level headed.

The Better Business Bureau is a commercial, franchised operation which handles complaints about local businesses (who pay for the privilege of belonging to it) from local consumers.

 

The BBB process can be helpful in mediating but BBB has no way to enforce their decisions.

 

Small Claims Court is part of the judicial system. It will cost you at least $25 to start a claim, but decisions are more or less enforceable If both parties are within the Court's jurisdiction.

 

The minimum wage in Ontario is 17 cents a minute. How much money have you wasted fuming about something that you can't do much about.

Do the credit card chargeback if you can.

 

Then, win or lose, forget about it.
