Lol...this board is as dead as a doorknob (but so much easier to navigate!). So anybody watching the hockey playoffs?

In true Quebec hockey fan tradition we are die-hard Hab fans until they fail...so we're still rooting for them (hate Ovechkin), rooting for Vancouver too and also rooting for the Penguins (love Crosby). How about everyone else?

The playoffs have been great this year so far. (From a Canuck fan's point of view.)

We are so happy that the Canuck's are moving forward!

Ok but now I can say it...you were wrong! It's the playoffs. Anything can happen. As a parent of 3 children who play, I've come to appreciate and understand a lot of things about the game and talent is just part of what it takes to win, heart and determination is another. The team has been through a lot of changes and controversy particularly over the last two years but seem to have melded as a team this series. We are thrilled to see them advance and take out Washington and Ovechkin who showed us some pretty unimpressive examples of bad sportsmanship throughout the year.

My son is thrilled to see the Pens and Canadians battle the 2nd round as both are his two favorite teams...lol but I'd really like to see the habs win this round. They can do it. GO HABS GO!

Darn, two losses, on consecutive nights. First the Canucks, then the Habs.
Canucks will start the winning trend tomorrow!

Habs go on, Canucks go golfing.

And Canadiens fans prove once again that to them hockey, and particularly the Habs, are a religion. They started buying Habs merchandise during the 1st intermission of the game tonight and haven't stopped since buying both from our eBay store and our own on-line venues.

It was looking to be a slower Spring for the NHL playoffs and then the Habs came through.

Go HABS Go!!! As hard as that is to say from Senators country.
