Paypal doesn't deal with disputes that are over 45 days.
But
PP is just the mediator between the credit card you actually paid from and the seller, keeping your financial information private.
So
Go to the credit card. There is a 1-800 customer service number on the back or on your invoice. Call and ask about a chargeback. Have dates, payments and transaction numbers handy for the customer service rep to handle your refund.

Bad idea.
And now you know why.
Paypal is a good mediator, both by keeping your financial information confidential, and by helping with problems and dispute, but they are firm on the deadlines for this part of their service.
Using a credit card allows Paypal to work better at getting your money back, if you dispute before the deadline, and allows you to have a second line of appeal/ dispute if PP cannot help you any further.
