Shipment Delay to the U.S.

I have two very small shipments went out to the U.S., one via expedited parcel and one regular airmail, it's been three (3) weeks and customers still don't have them yet.
Anyone else have similar delay problem to the U.S.?

I have problems to the eastern states and California. But lately everything has been slow.

Yes, I ship alot to the US and it's very slow. But try to explain that to the customers who don't read the ad then they claim with PayPal and you prey that it gets there before PayPal does their investigation 🙂

yes, that's exactly where my parcels are going New York and California. I called Canada Post this morning and apparently US Custom is rejecting all boxes with other (older) labels on it. They are going crazy.

I don't doubt they told you this but it's a load of crap. Personally I am not experiencing any delays out of the ordinary (means most arrive under a week with some taking up to 2 weeks) for small packets and first class mail.

Has anybody been able to order any of the new small packet labels? I can't find them on CP web site. My post office can't get very many and can't afford to spare very many at once?

Just ask them to order extra just for you. They can order whatever quantity they want. If you can't find them (forms) on the website (I can't) call them on the phone.
