Shipping Rates don't come up in TL2

I just recently downloaded Turbo Lister for Canada for about the third time. I have finally got it working for my original problem, but now it won't bring down the boxes to enter the weight and dimensions, in order for me to have the shipping to the States and International. See attached file. Also every time I go to open Turbo Lister I get a message about allowing it to make changes, see also same attached file. How do I fix both these problems? Someone else was saying they couldn't see certain things in the shipping and you told them to do an "Install a Complete Version Update" which I tried with this problem and it didn't fix it.  Thanks

PS I have tried to upload a file, but you only accept jpg files or picture files. How do I get a screenshot to be a picture file. I can only paste them into Word and although it knows it is a picture, it saves as a doc and I don't know how to change. I don't have the ability to print and scan. Why don't you accept docs.

Hi trekkiebigtime,

The weight and dimension boxes should be static for the Domestic shipping section in Turbo Lister, regardless if you select Calculated or Flat Rate.  For them to show up for International, you wil need to select Calculated shipping.

If you are being prompted by Windows to allow Turbo Lister to run every time you open the program, then you either have the Windows User Account Control activated, or you are running the program in Admin mode.  If you do not wish to see this, you will need to de-activate these functions.  Since they are Windows features, we ask that you contact Microsoft support for information on how to do that.

For screenshots, if you just paste them into Paint and then Save As, it will give you the ability to select an Image extension to save the file in.

Thanks for your reply. i know I have to select Calculate shipping for US and International. It has always worked before but now they are there for the domestic only, but when I try and calculate the shipping for International and US, only the handling fee box comes up. There is just a space where the others should be. thanks Trekkiebigtime

Hi trekkiebigtime,

They have changed the program to just display the boxes only once due to the fact that the item's weight and dimensions would be the same for domestic and international shipping. The information you enter for weight/dimensions in the domestic area would apply to the international shipping as well.
