Take Paypal 12 Days to Clear an eCheck from within Canada!

Customer is from within Canada, sent me an echeck (a transfer of funds from his bank account) on June 30th and it won't clear until at least July 11th!

The customer could have send me an actual cheque by snail mail and i could have it clear by the bank way before that:)

And paypal has the nerve to charge me a transaction fee?

in my case it was not an echeck, it was an instant payment from customer.

so when i refunded the money, it should also show instantly on his paypal account, which in fact it did; it was just that the paypal agent nor the customer was looking.

Or that the customer did not get an email saying it was refunded.
