Did you bid?
If you were not a bidder, the seller's decisions are not your business or your problem. You may want to note the name and decide not to buy from him in future.
If you were bidding, and the seller cancelled your bid and subsequently cancelled the auction, for whatever reason, he worked within the rules and you have no comeback.
Did you buy? Did you pay? Were you refunded?
If you had won, and he refused to ship to you,before or after payment, the picture changes. A different set of steps can be taken.
