Can I open a new account in the US but living in Mexico, and if so how?

Try to open a US account and see what happens.

You will need to use a different eMail address.

The US site is here you are on the Canadian site at present.

The latter is very important. Since you will be shipping from Mexico, make sure your customers know that. A demand for payment of duty on the doorstep is not a happy result for a seller who hid his location.

In addition, be aware that you can only use Flat Rate shipping. Do not try to pretend that your rates are USPS rates.
