Unpaid disputes

How can you tell if a Buyer or Seller has had Unpaid Disputes filed against them. I want to check out Sellers but can't find out if they have had disputes filed.

That information is confidential (as it should be) and not available openly.

However, if you are a seller, you can set your preferences not to accept bids from buyers with more than two unpaid transactions.

As a buyer, you need to rely on the feedback posted by buyers.
