Violations could cause loss of PS status

To take effect August 8th.

Wonder if board violations will be counted?

The policy threshold to be eligible to be a PowerSeller are as follows:

1. Sellers must have fewer than 3 policy violations in any 60 day period.

2. Sellers must have no "severe" policy violations at all. Severe policies are defined as shill bidding, unwelcome bidder and malicious buying, site interference, Section 9 (fraud), transaction interference, User Agreement violations that are not list practices.

Sellers that lose their eligibility can earn it back with 60 days of compliance.

I wonder if board violations will be taken into account??

I'd doubt it,

For a week there I was accidently listing some very minor auction violations without realizing it and by the time I received notice from eBay the following week there was about 6 of them 😞

So I doubt they'd count something as minor as a board infraction..

Imagine, your valuable powerseller status removed for 60 days. Oh my, the torture of being relegated to the Canada Town Hall or Selling On eBay boards.

Why that would be such cruel and unusual punishment I might have to spend more time actually listing!

Of course the myriad of other lost privledges....?????????

Ben

P.S. ya probably gotta surrender that certificate.....
