I just answered your other post. I didn't see this one.
Again, you file a claim on eBay.
You have 30 days from the LAST date of delivery to file a claim using the RESOLUTION CENTER link at the bottom of the page.
If that date has gone by, you have 180 days to file a claim from your PAYPAL account.
If you paid with a credit card and don't have a PP acc, you call the Customer Service number on your card statement and say you need to do a chargeback.
What you do NOT do is communicate further with the seller.
