WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN A SELLER WILL NOT REFUND A BUYER AND CALLS THE BUYER A LIAR.

SELLER CALLED A CUSTOMER A LIAR. THE CUSTOMER GAVE SELLER OVER 50 DAYS FOR THE ITEM WHICH NEVER ARRIVED.  SELLER KEPT ASKING FOORRR 10 MORE DAYS AND THE CUSTOMER GAVE THIS NOT REALIZING THEY HAD A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO RESOLVE THIS THROUGH EBAY SUPPORT.  NOW SELLER REFUSES TO REFUND THE BUYER.  THE MESSAGES FROM SELLER HAVE BEEN KEPT.  WHAT CAN BE DONE NOW FOR THE BUYER.

I just answered your other post.  I didn't see this one.  

 

Again, you file a claim on eBay.  

 

You have 30 days from the LAST date of delivery to file a claim using the RESOLUTION CENTER  link at the bottom of the page.  

 

If that date has gone by, you have 180 days to file a claim from your PAYPAL account.  

 

If you paid with a credit card and don't have a PP acc, you call the Customer Service number on your card statement and say you need to do a chargeback.  

 

What you do NOT do is communicate further with the seller.

If you have passed the 30 days after last estimated date for delivery, and can no longer file a Dispute with eBay, you have 180 days from payment to file a Dispute with Paypal.

And as stated, there is a possible chargeback by your credit card.

 

And 60 days from purchase to leave feedback.

The most effective feedback is calm and factual. Not in CAPS, not namecalling, not vaguebooking.
