I emailed the Seller BEFORE I bid asking if a PO Box was ok......as his Auction stated he uses UPS and USPS.
He emailed back stating yes.
I bid and won.
When I tried to pay for the item, I was blocked by Paypal stating Seller does not ship to PO Boxes.
I emailed the Seller twice.
He then opened a Unpaid Item case. I emailed him twice more.
No response.
Then I called Ebay....
They emailed the Seller
No response.
Then I got an UNPAID Item Strike.
Now Seller can't remove it .
What can I do ?

Is this your FIRST unpaid item strike? If so, get in touch with Customer Support. Make it a weekday and when you have some free time. You want a PIN number for a phone call.
As I understand it ,you can have ONE Strike removed, but only one and only your first.
The idea being that you can learn from your mistakes.
Even when the mistake was your seller's.

Here's the link to appeal the strike:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/appeal-unpaid-item.html
Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.
