It seems to be somewhere in Asia- possibly Korea.
I got a notice purporting to be from Paypal telling me that my PP payment was refused by my bank. However, I pay from my PP balance and the number they ask me to call is suspicious.
Where does PP have its call centres?
I believe eBay has centres in Utah and in the Phillipines.
Side note: If we call the eBaydot CA FR (French language site) where are the customer service reps situated? I've found I get much better service from the Royal Bank's French CS than from the English. The francophones even get tired after a while and switch to English. Any experience with eBay's francophones?
