What exactly constitutes poor customer service?

1. Seller doesn't ship product

What exactly constitutes poor customer service?

I have to disagree about your second point.


 


Many sellers have their full inventory on multiple sites (Amazon, ebay, etsy, personal website, etc), and may not have the chance to get around to constantly updating numbers.


 


It'd be bad customer service to not have a product to ship and not tell the customer. It's good customer service to promptly message the buyer with an apology and refund if they don't have a product in stock.
