I used to be able to look at the top right side of a listing and under where the sellers id was were a number of choices and one of which was "ask the seller a question" - this is not appearing on listings currently (at least none of the ones that I have looked at). It used to be so easy to click on this and ask your question. Now you need to click on the seller id, go to another page and then there is a place to ask a question. The old system was so much easier.
