Why can't I search by shoe size on eBay Canada? I have to use the eBay.com site to narrow down my results by shoe size.

On eBay.com one of the filters is shoe size, but eBay.ca does not offer this filter?  Why not?  It only seems logical that I want to search shoes by size?
