Why does ebay keep asking me to call them about my "selling plans and goals" when I list?

Periodically when I list a lot of items, I get this message:

What's this about? I'd like to know before I call.

Hi aallaann..  If i had to make a wild guess it would be that eBay has a listing limit on your account . Calling may enable a increase.
