hi.. Most likely changed their mind. Member with 12 retractions in the past 6 months and probably not bothered by ebay's limited legit reasons for retracting. Will likely continue the practice unless ebay intervenes .

Can add the ID to your blocked bidder list.

Don't worry about it. Move on. 

But yeah. Block the bidder.
