anyone who reads this..PLEASE BEWARE SELLER IS  a thief~~ and a smart one at that..In late

dec I never received any of my items..he said wait I resend them..but then the 60 days went by and I couldn't take this little **bleep** **bleep** to the appeals and make claim..as time was elapsed..DO NOT TRUST THIS TURD!

if  you value your hard earned money~~~~ STAY CLEAR OF  HIS AUCTIONS!~

The seller has a 99.1% feedback with about 330 unhappy customers out of 26,000 in the past year.

This has become a common scam among Asian sellers. They know the resent item (which probably has been resent given the seller's fb) will not arrive until after the deadline for Dispute. This should be a Red Flag to consumers. But because most people are honest, they tend to think others are too.

 

So. The item may yet arrive. Doubtful but possible.

You are too late for Feedback or for Dispute, but if he left feedback for you, you can add a Response to it indefinitely. The most effectiver Responses are calm and factual. No swearing, CAPS or exclamation marks!!! You will also be judged by the Responses you leave.

 

Again, four months is probably too late, but call the 1-800 number on the back of the credit card you use with Paypal. PP is only the mediator in the payment. Ask about a chargeback. Have the dates,payments and transaction numbers handy for the clerk to handle a refund. But act quickly, most card have only a 90 day chargeback period.
