Well here's another story of item being pulled >>>Since i first signed up for ebay i have had 3 item removed in total ..the first 2 were as i new user ,not really aware of the ebay infringement!! they got pulled and i was suspended having no idea why and they send you a generic e-mail that explain absolutely nothing so there you sit dazed, confused and totally befuddled as to why .And when ask you get no answers so how you can correct or avoid doing it again..
Well just last week i listed an item that was authentic and within 24 hours it's reported and pulled ..Now extremely ticked because i could probably find 1000 more items exactly the same as the one they pulled with very vague descriptions and they lasted the full auction time and made the sellers a pretty penny..
We have a very competitive buyers market in our small community and do believe that someone is targeting my high value items and reporting them as fakes..
Now you would think ebay being a multi million dollar business would make that reporting member prove it not authentic before they pull and condemn their sellers..Is it not true that without sellers their would be no buyers..
Now i fully respect that they have a buyer protection program..But what about the sellers..do we not deserve the same respect? after all we are the ones they are making their money off ..Every month we pay our sellers fees.
I took the item to A persons to sell on consignments and let me tell you within a week the item was sold to a very knowledgeable person when the shop owner asked her if it was authentic the buyer told her most defiantly..serial # and all..
Now I know someone is targeting me ..What kind of protection does ebay have for that?????? absolutely nothing!!! ..I am now under review for suspension once again and a little disheartened that ebay does not protected their sellers for such things...
I believe ebay should have some type of tracking in place where they can keep tack of the reporting members that are doing such things..If they have the same member reporting another member consistently...maybe it's time to review the reporting member instead of the seller..
As i seller i do my best to be honest with my descriptions of all my items and treat my buyer with the upmost respect and still someones waiting to stick a knife in your back because of pure GREED..
I firmly wish all the sellers on ebay to do well I do not like it when greed steps in because some unknown greedy person doesn't want anyone else in their area to succeed ..How childish is that..But guess who ebay will penalize ? ME..
