buyer does not want to pick his bid item ?

item already shipped to buyer but after 2 weeks and stay in post office.Buyer refused to pick it up !!!

any suggestion to what will happen to seller pending money ? post office said item will return in next 10 days if he does not pick it up . seller can claim for eBay credit ? how

Has the buyer stated they do not want it and are refusing to pick it up?

If they do not go and get it, it will be returned to you. Sometimes I have to pay return postage, sometimes not.

If it does come back to you, you can go in through "dispute resolution" and cancel the transaction yourself, selecting "buyer request". PP refund goes automatically and you get your fees back.

Did the buyer specifically told you he refused to pick it up? Did you try calling / messaging the buyer to clarify why he didn't pick it up? Maybe he didn't even know that he got a parcel at the post office.
