Try this:
put in the tracking number .... at the second page put the tracking number in again ... at the third page it will tell you tracking number not found and to see the first page for reasons why this might be .....

What was or is your Estimated Delivery Date? If it has passed, open an Item Not Received case. Do NOT accept an offer to replace. Take your refund and buy another from that seller or another.

The right question is where is my refund?
If your item has not arrived and more than 20 days have passed since payment (30 days from Asia), go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received Dispute.
Don't get into a conversation with the seller. Either he supplies a working number (there may be a typo in that one) or a refund.
If he doesn't refund voluntarily, eBay will and then go after him for their money.
If it is too soon for an eBay Dispute, the Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.
