Contact the seller BEFORE BUYING about this.
If she agrees, you would be returning the shoes with Confirmation of Delivery.
This can be very expensive if the seller is not in Canada.

Assume that the shoes weigh over 500 grams and the box is 15x35x20 cm (use metric- Canada Post went metric in 1974 and everything else is inaccurate).
And since the seller gave a correct description, which just didn't match your feet, you would be required to pay return shipping.

When buying shoes on ebay, I always found it best to stick to a brand and size that I knew to be a good fit for me but even that is not a guarantee.

As the others have said ask the seller first.
Also for something like this, with fit being very important, it is best to deal with sellers sellers in CANADA or the USA. Otherwise shipping will be too expensive or take too long (especially true for China).

If the shoes are brand new, try to find a store in your area that carries that brand and style, and go and try them on for fit. There may also be reviews on line that mention whther that model fits large or small. If the shoes are vintage or used, most sellers state the size, but also the measurements. The length inside from heel to toe, the width across the widest part measured on the bottom of the shoe, the heel height (which may not be critical to you). Get one of your own pairs of shoes that is a similar shape and style and that fits you comfortably, and take the same measurements. If they match, you may have found a pair of shoes for you. If they are quite dissimilar, you are taking your chances on a good fit. If the seller has not included these measurements, you could ask for them.
Most sellers do not wish to take returns for issues of fit. If the shoes were brand new, then they are no longer new after they are returned, and command a lower price. Some people buy things, wear them for an occasion, then return them, costing the seller time and money. Having said all this, apparently shoes are very popular sellers on eBay.
